Bruce McCormack is the owner / operator and possesses in excess of 25 years cool climate viticulture experience in Tasmania. His previous vineyard portfolio with Pipers Brook Vineyard as Chief Viticulturist included 8 vineyards totalling some 325 ha of vines between Tasmania and South Australia. Currently Bruce is a grape grower, personally managing and operating 7 vineyards in the Tamar Valley growing sparkling and still wine varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Bruce McCormack Grapevine Management Services can be retained on a contractual arrangement to provide long-term vineyard management solutions, support or technical advice on a case-by-case basis.
